  • GENERAL REQUIRMENTS
 
  1. No sign shall be placed in other than the” designated sign area”,as designated by Landlord.
 
  1. No sign perpendicular to the face of any building shall be permited.
 
  1. No roof-mounted sign of any kind shall be permitted.
 
  1. No flashing moving or audible sings or beacons shall be permitted
 
  1. No banners of flagpoles shall be permitted.
 
  1. Trailer signs ,portable signs or temporary signs shall not be permitted.
 
  1. All transformers or electrical appurtenances shall be used.
 
  1. No exposed conduit,tubing ,conductors.transformers or electrical appurtenances shall be allowed.
 
  1. Electrical service to all signs shall be provided from the tenant’s meter,and it shall be the responsibility of each tenant to hire an electrician approved by Landlord to perform all required electrical work.
 
  1. A tenant shall be reposnible of repair of any damages to the building caused by the installation of its sign.
 
  1. All signs shall be fully lighted and operational from a minimum of dusk .
